Duties include waiting on tables, managing the bar, supervising junior staff, taking and managing bookings, other duties as required and ensuring the smooth running of a high quality bistro.
Reporting to the General Manager and deputising for him two days a week and during holiday cover.
£7/hour starting pay increasing with experience and responsibilities
Must be over 18 due to licensing requirements and the role would suit a more experienced person.
There is potential for the right person to move into a more senior position as Caviars develops its business.
